Patch Notes [Alpha]
Welcome to Arts of Steen, the platform for my arts.
Arts of Steen [Alpha] is the earliest iteration of a system that will remain a work-in-progress for the foreseeable future.
As a multidiciplinary creator, I'll be building the ideal platform for whatever needs I have, including:
- Telling my story as an individual and an artist
- Publishing my NFTs on a trusted contract
- Displaying and organizing the NFTs I've minted
- Displaying and organizing the NFTs I've collected
- Aggregating my Social Channels for ease of contact
- Tracking Progress & Roadmapping
Each version of Arts of Steen will include Patch Notes that detail the changes made to the User Interface and Experience.
I have so much planned for the future, but for now I'll keep things clear and concise.
So, without further ado, I present the Arts of Steen [Alpha] Patch Notes.
My roots are intertwined in gaming, computers, and the internet. It was only right that Arts of Steen's initial aesthetic harken back to the early days of those sources of inspiration.
Arts of Steen will become a large, cohesive system over time. But, right now I've designed a single page interface for efficiency's sake. The single page design also symbolizes my singular goal to reach [Beta].
The About section will provide details on my background, my interests, and my current skillset.
My Genesis NFT, Game Over [v1], is the first Art of Steen. It is the perfect piece for the [Alpha] because it is an homage to my love of gaming, because it displays a variety of my skills, and because it symbolizes the Genesis of Arts of Steen. Continue?
The Arts section will contain all my...arts. As a multi-disciplinarian, this section will become highly-organized via a tag and filter system.
Note: All works minted during Alpha are considered part of the Alpha Collection. All primary buyers of these works are considered Alpha Testers and will be memorialized on Arts of Steen in perpetuity.
The Achievements section is dual purpose. Not only does it document milestones and track progress, but it also adds interactivity though unlocks. Interactivity will be a crucial element of Arts of Steen as it evolves.
Game Over [v1]
Game Over. Continue? Always.
Animation, Font, & Music by Steen. 4K Resolution.
The original collector of this Genesis piece will be forever memorialized on the Arts of Steen website.

Game Over [v1] was a test; I wanted to create a piece using as many skills as possible. I used Illustrator for the assets, @beepboxco for the music, my original Font, Vulcan, and After Effects to tie it all together.
This piece is truly special to me because it was almost almost like I was making my own game, which is a pipedream of mine. One reason I love videogames so much is because they are the culmination of so much imagination and creativity.
Things have really come full circle, and Game Over [v1] itself is now a piece of the larger Arts of Steen experience and story.
